Event Planning

Planning an event, regardless of size, can be fun, but can also be challenging and extremely time consuming.  We know that in today's world, time is of the essence. Juggling work, family, social commitments, school, etc., is enough to drive someone mad. 


Our event planning services take the stress off of you so you can truly enjoy your day.  We offer three different levels of service depending on how "hands-on" or "hands-off" you want to be in the planning process.


Our "Hands-On" services feature you as the decision maker, while we provide referrals to venues and vendors, offer suggestions on timelines and schedules, review contracts and help with budgeting.  All the while, you are still in the driver's seat of your event.


Our "Hands-Off" services take all of the stress, worry and to-do items off of your plate. You'll only have to is tell us what you want to see that day, and we will make it happen!  This full-service package has us there from start to finish, ensuring that all details in between are handled and executed perfectly.  Your day will be amazing, and you'll have the energy to enjoy ever minute of it!


"Day Of" Event Package

Our "Day Of" services feature you as the decision maker and in the driver's seat.  You handle all decisions and vendor interactions up to the day of the event - we take over from there.   Do you have a favorite caterer that you've already selected, or a florist that has your ideas already laid out?  Then this package may be perfect for you.  


We help organize final details of your planning process.  All the while, you are still in the driver's seat of your event up to the day of your event.  This package includes up to three hours of consultation prior to the event, email "meet and greets" with your vendors and a day-of timeline, a final 30 minute meeting prior to your event, and day off coordination with all vendors and activities you've selected for your perfect day.


Add-on services can include:

  • Venue Set-up and Break Down
  • Florals and Cake Design
  • Vendor Contract Review
  • Event Budgeting
  • Intial/Final Vendor Meetings
  • Initial/Final Venue Meetings

All add-on services are priced based on the estimated time needed to complete them.  


"Hands-Off" Event Package

Our "Hands-Off" services take all of the stress, worry and to-do items off of your plate. You'll only have to is tell us what you want to see that day, and we will make it happen!  This full-service package has us there from start to finish, ensuring that all details in between are handled and executed perfectly.  Your day will be amazing, and you'll have the energy to enjoy ever minute of it!

The "30-Day Planner" Package

Have you done all of the legwork and are ready to enjoy the last month leading up to your event?  Our 30-Day Planner Package allows to do just that.  We take over one month prior to your event and finalize schedules and create timelines, make contact with vendors to ensure that they are on track, finalize payments, and review your event details to ensure that nothing is missed.  It truly is the best of both worlds!


The "30 -Day Planner Package" is priced based on the size of the vent and the details.  A 30 minuted free consultation with us can get you started in the right direction.
